As a Partner, your focus is simple: close mandates and run deals from start to finish.
You&rsquo;ll engage directly with interested founders and executives, guiding them through Palmstone&rsquo;s proprietary short-cycle engagement process &ndash; built in-house to close mandates faster and more effectively than the traditional model.
This is a role for experienced dealmakers who want to operate with speed, precision, and autonomy, backed by an infrastructure that handles everything else.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Engage directly with interested leads &ndash; founders and executives already expressing interest in advisory support.</li><li>
Lead short, decisive advisory conversations (2 call close process). You&rsquo;ll diagnose, position, and convert.</li><li>
Negotiate and close engagement mandates &ndash; you own the commercial relationship.</li><li>
Oversee execution through our internal analysts and investor network until successful closing.</li><li>
Manage investor communication, data room preparation, and transaction coordination.</li><li>
Collaborate with Palmstone&rsquo;s origination team to refine outreach and maximize conversion rates.</li></ul>

You&rsquo;ll step into a ready-to-go pipeline of warm leads &mdash; founders and business owners who&rsquo;ve already responded positively to our services.
Your role is to lead conversations, convert interest into paid mandates, and scale the firm, with Palmstone&rsquo;s full operational backing.
This is ideal for a commercially-minded operator who wants to own equity, lead deals, and build a firm &mdash; without the need to start from scratch or set up infrastructure.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Engage with warm leads (founders and CEOs who&rsquo;ve already expressed interest).</li><li>
Lead discovery and qualification calls, understand funding or M&amp;A needs, and guide clients through our advisory process.</li><li>
Convert qualified opportunities into signed engagement mandates.</li><li>
Oversee client relationships and transaction execution, supported by you, as well as Palmstone&rsquo;s analysts and investor-relations systems.</li><li>
Build and manage your own team of originators, analysts, and associates as the firm scales.</li><li>
Collaborate with Palmstone&rsquo;s investor network across family offices, funds, and strategic buyers.</li><li>
Drive revenue and firm growth with full operational autonomy inside an established platform</li></ul>
