Job Summary: 
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN to lead our clinical team and ensure smooth operations during the most critical shifts of the week. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to support both residents and staff&mdash;you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee all clinical operations during weekend shifts</li><li>Support and guide nursing staff across the building</li><li>Respond to changes in resident condition and escalate as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance, quality care, and proper documentation</li><li>Communicate with providers, families, and leadership</li><li>Serve as the go-to clinical decision maker</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>Active RN license (Texas)</li><li>Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred</li><li>Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills</li><li>Calm under pressure, team-focused, and highly reliable</li></ul>
