Job Summary: 
As a Recreation Aide, you will assist in planning and facilitating a variety of activities that promote resident engagement, improve quality of life, and support emotional, cognitive, and physical health. The recreation aide ensures accurate documentation of resident participation and progress and contributes to the development and maintenance of individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and wellbeing of residents. 
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour based on experience and skillset

<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in recreation therapy or related field is a plus</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in recreational or therapeutic activities, social services, or caregiving roles is strongly encouraged</li>
<li>Prior experience working in a recreational or therapeutic setting preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of recreational activities and programs suitable for diverse populations</li>
<li>2 step TB clearance</li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>

<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing recreational programs and activities to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of participants</li>
<li>Engage with individuals in a respectful and encouraging manner to promote participation and social interaction</li>
<li>Set up equipment and supplies needed for activities, ensuring a safe and organized environment</li>
<li>Monitor and assess participants' progress and well-being during recreational activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with recreational therapists, healthcare professionals, and other staff to enhance the overall quality of programs</li>
Maintain documentation and records related to program participation and individual progress

Recreation Aide

<div>Job Summary: 
We are seeking an MDS Coordinator to join our team. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for all residents in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely completion of assessments.
Salary Range: $100,484.80 ($48.31) with ongoing training provided

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.</li>
<li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li>
<li>Previous experience in MDS coordination or a similar role in a healthcare setting, helpful but not necessary.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MDS assessment process and regulations, helpful but not necessary.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather information for assessments.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to MDS assessments.</li>
<li>Review and update resident care plans based on MDS assessments.</li>
<li>Communicate assessment findings to appropriate healthcare team members.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to MDS assessments.</li>
