Job Description:The Sr. MIS Executive -Sales is responsible for managing and overseeing the Sales MIS, ensuring accurate and timely sales data reporting. This role involves data analysis, report generation, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The Sr. MIS Executive - Sales ensures data integrity and consistency across all sales reporting tools and systems.Job Reasonability:Data Management and Analysis:&middot; Collect, validate, and analyze sales data from various sources.&middot; Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all sales reporting systems.&middot; Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performanceMIS Reporting:&middot; Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports for management and the sales team.&middot; Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on sales data analysis.&middot; Present sales performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.Collaboration &amp; Coordination:&middot; Work closely with the sales team to understand their reporting needs and provide support.&middot; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales data reporting with business objectives.Qualifications and Skills Requirements:&middot; Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.&middot; Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales data analysis, sales operations, or a related field. MIS Executive - Sales

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and dispatch functions. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:<ul><li>Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.</li><li>Coordinate receiving, storage, and inventory control of goods.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.</li></ul>Dispatch Management:<ul><li>Schedule and manage daily dispatch activities to meet delivery deadlines.</li><li>Monitor shipment accuracy, ensure proper packaging and documentation.</li><li>Liaise with transportation providers and resolve delivery-related issues.</li><li>Maintain records of all dispatches and returns.</li></ul>People Management:<ul><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of warehouse and dispatch team members.</li><li>Plan shift schedules and assign duties to ensure optimal productivity.</li><li>Foster a team-oriented environment and enforce company policies.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety:<ul><li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure all operations meet health and safety regulations.</li><li>Perform regular inspections and report on risk or maintenance issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.</li><li>Proven experience in a supervisory role.</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Forklift certification is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current salary?</li><li>Notice Period?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
