Key Responsibilities1. Office Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations (supplies, maintenance, and utilities).</li><li>Serve as the main contact for internal communication and external vendors.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li></ul>2. Administrative Support<ul><li>Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and records.</li><li>Handle correspondence (emails, memos, phone calls, letters).</li><li>Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.</li><li>Ensure filing systems (digital and physical) are updated and secure.</li></ul>3. Financial &amp; Inventory Assistance<ul><li>Monitor petty cash, reimbursements, and simple expense tracking.</li><li>Assist in procurement of supplies and maintain inventory records.</li><li>Support accounting by submitting invoices and expense reports.</li></ul>4. HR &amp; Staff Support (if applicable)<ul><li>Maintain attendance and leave records.</li><li>Support in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.</li><li>Assist with coordination of staff schedules and payroll documentation.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure licenses, permits, and legal documents are up to date.</li><li>Coordinate with management and external agencies for renewals or audits.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times.</li></ul>6. Communication &amp; Customer Support <ul><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or walk-in clients when needed.</li><li>Coordinate between branches and head office for information flow.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>Diploma or vocational training in office management or accounting (for smaller businesses) can also be acceptable.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.</li><li>Experience in retail, F&amp;B, or service business administration is a plus.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.</li><li>Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.</li><li>Time management and ability to work independently.</li><li>Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information</li></ul>Personality Traits<ul><li>Reliable and proactive problem-solver.</li><li>Detail-oriented and disciplined.</li><li>Approachable, helpful, and cooperative.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
