This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, promoting services, and supporting our patient education and communication efforts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands brand consistency, and is comfortable working in a healthcare environment where professionalism, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance are essential.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Content Creation &amp; Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Develop, plan, and execute social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)</p>
</li>
<li><div>Create compelling posts, stories, reels, graphics, and short-form videos that align with practice goals</div>
</li>
<li><div>Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand voice stays professional, warm, and patient-focused</div>
</li>
<li><p>Photograph and record in-office events, staff highlights, and patient education content (with proper consent)</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Engagement &amp; Community Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Monitor messages, comments, and online reviews; respond professionally or escalate to the appropriate staff</p>
</li>
<li><div>Support online reputation management and encourage patient engagement</div>
</li>
<li><p>Promote patient education initiatives, new services, provider spotlights, and community outreach events</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Strategy &amp; Analytics</b></h3>

<li><p>Track and report monthly analytics (engagement, reach, follower growth, high-performing content)</p>
</li>
<li><div>Identify trends in healthcare social media and suggest improvements or new content ideas</div>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate with leadership to ensure social media campaigns support practice goals (patient retention, new patient growth, service awareness)</p>

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Compliance &amp; Brand Standards</b></h3>

<li><p>Ensure all content follows HIPAA guidelines and respects patient privacy</p>
</li>
<li><div>Maintain accurate, compliant representation of services, providers, and medical information</div>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate with providers or clinical staff as needed to confirm accuracy of educational content</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (healthcare experience is a plus)</p>
</li>
<li><div>Strong writing, editing, and communication skills</div>
</li>
<li><div>Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation apps (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)</div>
</li>
<li><div>Basic photo/video creation and editing skills preferred</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently</div>
</li>
<li><p>Understanding of HIPAA or willingness to complete training</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Preferred Skills (Not Required)</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Videography and short-form video editing experience</p>
</li>
<li><div>Experience with reputation-management platforms (e.g., Podium, Birdeye, Google Business, etc.)</div>
</li>
<li><div>Familiarity with SEO basics and website updates</div>

<li><p>Ability to manage small marketing projects (flyers, newsletters, event promotion)</p>
