Job Summary:
Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to perform and coordinate various accounts payable (AP) and accounting duties within our organization. The Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator will report directly to the Controller and support company-wide financial operations. Panelmatic offers a challenging, rewarding, and fun work experience. You will help support our company&rsquo;s vision of delivering high-quality products within the required specifications, timeframe, and budget.
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals before payment</li><li>
Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records</li><li>
Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors</li><li>
Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency</li><li>
Generate AP reports, including aging reports and cash flow analysis</li><li>
Maintain vendor files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>
Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting information</li><li>
Support cash management functions and assist in forecasting accounts payable obligations</li><li>
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and processed efficiently</li><li>
Provide recommendations to enhance AP automation and financial accuracy</li><li>
Performs other duties as needed</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Three or more years of experience in accounts payable required</li><li>
Three or more years of experience managing invoices, payments, and vendor accounts required</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, required</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required</li><li>
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required</li><li>
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently required</li><li>
Ability to pass a physical, drug, driving, and background check required</li><li>
Ability to push, pull, and lift 20 lbs or more required</li><li>
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four or more hours at a time required</li><li>

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technicianis responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and warehouse equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations. This role supports production uptime by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment failures, and assisting with facility improvement projects throughout the manufacturing campus.
The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or warehouse environment and possesses strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment</li><li>
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues</li><li>
Repair and maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, dock doors and levelers, conveyor systems, production equipment, electrical systems and lighting, plumbing systems, and office facilities</li><li>
Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime</li><li>
Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and production equipment</li><li>
Replace motors, belts, bearings, filters, switches, relays, sensors, and other components</li><li>
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings</li><li>
Utilize CMMS or maintenance tracking systems to document work orders and repairs</li><li>
Maintain maintenance inventory and communicate parts/material needs</li><li>
Support contractor coordination and vendor activities as needed</li><li>
Follow all OSHA, NFPA, company safety, and lockout/tagout procedures</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>
Assist with facility improvement and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>
Support warehouse operations and production teams as needed</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Technical school, trade certification, or maintenance experience preferred</li><li>
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred</li><li>
Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems</li><li>
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment</li><li>
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics</li><li>
Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred</li><li>
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and within a team environment</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly</li><li>
Ability to work in manufacturing and warehouse environments with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving machinery</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours or overtime when needed</li></ul>
