 About The Job
 
 
 
 We are seeking 2 highly motivated professionals to join our team in Turkey:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1 Field Engineer
 </li>
 <li>
 1 Field Technician
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Both positions will serve as dedicated technical experts for our clients in the glass and steel industries. Responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections using proprietary equipment, with a focus on data collection, process execution, and ensuring the accuracy of the end results for the safety of customers&rsquo; critical assets.
 
 
 This is a remote position based in Turkey with extensive international travel required.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated technical vocational schools (MYO), and/or engineering faculties of reputable universities
 </li>
 <li>
 Glass/Steel industry experience is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Physically capable of working in high-temperature industrial environments and meeting related physical demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Reside near an international airport within Turkey
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel internationally for extended assignments of up to 3&ndash;4 weeks, accounting for up to 75% of total working time
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to travel on short notice for urgent projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in diverse industrial settings with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of performing fieldwork in varying climates and conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for in-field problem resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in international fieldwork is highly desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor and the ability to manage client relationships on-site
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and access to a personal vehicle
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to travel abroad (Holding valid EU/US visa is a plus)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform on-site SmartMelter&reg; inspections using proprietary PaneraTech equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct comprehensive audits, including digital and traditional endoscopy, thermography, and related inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install and maintain Polaris sensors at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to and enforce company Health &amp; Safety protocols at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a professional presence and communication with clients, representing PaneraTech with integrity and excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular project updates to customers and the internal project team throughout the engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed according to the project timeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit accurate and timely monthly expense reports to the Finance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform routine maintenance of equipment and report technical issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support non-travel periods with desk-based tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete all mandatory training programs, including safety, technical, and professional development modules.
