Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and handle all cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant caf&eacute; environment, providing a positive experience for our customers while maintaining food safety standards and efficient operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to Panicafe&rsquo;s established recipes and quality standards</li><li>Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system and cash register</li><li>Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions</li><li>Recommend products and upsell add-ons to enhance the customer experience and increase sales</li><li>Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the caf&eacute;, including counters, equipment, and dining room areas</li><li>Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred but not required; training will be provided.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.</li><li>Experience in food service is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
