The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial or electrical product sales, preferably in electrical panels, automation, or related engineering solutions. The role involves generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical panels, automation, and engineering product sectors.</li><li>Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations.</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.</li><li>Follow up with clients for order closures and post-sales coordination.</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and client interaction records in CRM or internal systems.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the electrical domain.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably electrical panels or engineering products).</li><li>Good understanding of LT/HT electrical panels, PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, or automation products is preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;10,676.94 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Technical Sales Executive

Job Description: Job Title: Assistant Purchase Manager Location: Sector-37D, Gurgaon Experience: 5+ Years Department: Purchase Reports To: CEOJob Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Purchase Manager with in-depth knowledge of electrical components and proven experience in procurement for electrical panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing, vendor development, negotiations, and inventory planning for all technical and project-related materials including switchgear, cables, enclosures, drives, PLCs, relays, wiring accessories, and fabricated parts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage strategic and operational procurement of all electrical components and raw materials used in panel manufacturing (PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, Control Panels).</li><li>Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.</li><li>Analyze technical specifications (SLD, BOM, GA drawings) in coordination with the design team to ensure correct material procurement.</li><li>Maintain and update a preferred vendor database and develop alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate risks.</li><li>Track and manage inventory levels, optimize stock based on project schedules, and coordinate with stores for stock audits.</li><li>Monitor price trends and ensure cost control while maintaining component quality.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design, production, QA/QC, and accounts teams for seamless workflow.</li><li>Handle procurement planning based on project pipeline and ensure material availability as per production timelines.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance regularly on key KPIs &ndash; quality, cost, delivery, and service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>5+ years of experience in technical procurement for electrical panel manufacturing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical components (A/B/C class items), including switchgear (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&amp;T, etc.), drives, PLCs, wiring accessories, and control gear.</li><li>Experience in reading and interpreting SLD, BOMs, technical datasheets, and panel drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysis.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial terms, taxation, logistics, and import regulations.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Exposure to strategic sourcing, vendor audits, and global procurement.</li><li>Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001 and relevant electrical standards (IEC/IS).</li><li>Experience handling project-based procurement in both private and government sectors.</li></ul>Employment Type: Full TimeSalary: Competitive / As per experience Joining: Immediate / Based on notice periodJob Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,975.98 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
