This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and office management skills while supporting our company's purchasing functions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with purchasing activities by processing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records using tools like QuickBooks and Google Workspace.</li><li>Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.</li><li>Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or vendors as needed.</li><li>Handle clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.</li><li>Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette and clear communication.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations, including organizing files and supporting administrative projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior office experience or administrative experience is essential; familiarity with office management is a plus.</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred for handling bookkeeping tasks.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clients or vendors.</li><li>Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist positions is beneficial.</li><li>Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
