Purpose:</div><div></div><div> 
The RxARECARE Supervisor leads operations activities for specific teams at PANTHERx&trade; Rare Pharmacy. The supervisor is responsible for executing the designed RxARECARE program, which includes patient onboarding, patient engagement, adherence programs, quality, coaching and training. The RxARECARE Supervisor will mentor newly hired staff, train existing staff, and address escalated patient, manufacturer, prescriber, or leadership concerns. The RxARECARE Supervisor will be responsible for directly leading all pharmacists, nurses, pharmacy technicians, Insurance resolution specialists, and patient care coordinators on the team.</div><div></div><div> 
Responsibilities:</div> 
<div></div><ul><li>
Leads RxARECARE team to provide services to patients and partners</li><li>
Distributes responsibilities to team daily to ensure all patient engagement activities are handled daily</li><li>
Evaluates and acts on daily reports regarding operations, assuring the team exceeds partner expectations</li><li>
Hires and trains staff to support business operations within the RxARECARE Team, including pharmacist, nurses, and support roles</li><li>
Performs monthly call monitoring for each team associate and coach on identified issues</li><li>
Participates in the process of implementing new business program and the creation of operational support materials</li><li>
Responsible for the coordination of processes and overall compliance of REMS programs (applicable when leading program requiring REMS)</li><li>
Conducts staff training for new processes/process changes</li><li>
Participates in regular meetings with leadership to discuss staff needs and accomplishments</li><li>
Participates in RxARECARE Workgroup meetings</li><li>
Completes and delivers team members annual reviews</li><li>
Staffs within the team as needed to support current business</li><li>
Additional projects and activities as assigned</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited institution</li><li>
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for the state of Pennsylvania</li><li>
Current enrollment in NABP Verify.</li><li>
Registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy as an NABP Verified Pharmacist; or willingness to obtain registration upon hire.</li></ul><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div>

3 years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist in a specialty pharmacy</li><li>
2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing team members</li></ul><div>
Work Environment:</div> 
This position operates in a well-lit, mail order distribution pharmacy environment. Role routinely uses pharmaceutical equipment and safety supplies.<div>
Physical Demands:</div><div> 
Individual must be able to stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 20 pounds; and utilize the computer and bar code scanner. Must be able to use proper personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, gloves, eye protection and face masks when needed. Purpose:
The Clinical Pharmacist manages the drug distribution and specialty pharmacy activities for a variety of patients enrolled at PANTHERx&trade; Rare Pharmacy. The role creates and oversees safe and efficient methods for coordination of specialty pharmacy policy concerning drug patient care and provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of the patient and their healthcare team. In addition, the Pharmacist also manages pharmacy technicians and other supporting roles daily.
To accommodate business and patient services, this position may be required to work varied and rotating full-time schedules between 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., Monday-Friday as required by the Manager.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Completes verification of prescription drug orders for completeness.</li><li>
Communicates with prescriber offices for order clarification and coordinates care to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.</li><li>
Communicates with patients regarding prescribed therapies, both specialty and non-specialty, to improve patient compliance and adherence.</li><li>
Facilitates prior authorizations and enrolls patients in financial assistance programs.</li><li>
Verifies prescription orders during prescription fulfillment process.</li><li>
Supervises pharmacy technicians during daily activities.</li><li>
Performs clinical pharmacist duties during on-call hours on a rotating basis; on-call duties may involve transporting products to and from Panther facilities.</li><li>
Additional projects and activities as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution</li><li>

Purpose:
The Clinical Authorization and Appeals Specialist provides support and education to health care providers for prescribed treatment therapies. This role serves as a single point of contact for health care providers to coordinate alignment of documentation with prior authorization and appeals criteria. This role submits timely prior authorizations requests, appeals, initiatives to increase patient adherence, and closes collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Educates health care providers regarding prior authorization and appeals criteria for prescribed therapies.</li><li>
Assesses clinical documentation provided and assist the health care provider with alignment to specific plan criteria.</li><li>
Creates initiatives to increase patient adherence and optimize patient care.</li><li>
Possess a broad and deep understanding of assigned disease states, products, and clinical programs.</li><li>
Closes collaboration with program team members as well as external stakeholders.</li><li>
Performs appropriate and accurate documentation of cases using call management software.</li><li>
Demonstrates appropriate judgment skills to be able to make independent clinical decisions.</li><li>
Fosters teamwork by trusting and supporting each other while encouraging collaboration at all levels of the organization. Embraces diversity and demonstrates the ability to work together.</li><li>
Provides superior customer service to internal and external clients, customers, and patients.</li><li>
Assumes accountability for own professional practice in achieving patient outcomes.</li><li>
Completes all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited nursing school as a Registered Nurse (RN).</li><li>
Must have demonstrated competence in community health or patient care setting, providing direct patient care with patients for 1-3 years.</li><li>
Strong writing and grammar skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and a thorough knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office and Windows) are required.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
1-3 years of specialty pharmacy experience</li></ul>
