 Responsibilities:

 Support the professional management and operation of the micro-school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills We Seek:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Education
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort in teaching English, Math &amp; Science
 </li>
 <li>
 Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest or working knowledge in the Primary/ Middle years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability and willingness to adapt and learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 Desire to be involved in building a micro-school from the ground up.
 </li>
