Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Assessment &amp; Diagnosis</li><li>Conduct detailed physical assessments and evaluate patient medical history.</li><li>Diagnose physical conditions related to injury, disability, or illness.</li><li>Treatment Planning</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.</li><li>Set measurable and achievable therapy goals.</li><li>Therapeutic Intervention</li><li>Provide manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other modalities.</li><li>Guide patients in safe and effective use of assistive devices when needed.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Documentation</li><li>Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files and reports.</li><li>Patient Education</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers about prevention, recovery, and lifestyle modifications.</li><li>Teach home exercise programs for long-term improvement.</li><li>Team Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance</li><li>Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.</li><li>Follow hospital/clinic protocols and health standards.</li></ul>For More Information Kindly call on 93169 93673.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
