Results. for every project &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a creative, motivated marketing professional to help us showcase that work. --- Position Overview We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on marketing intern to take ownership of the digital presence and brand storytelling for PAR Construction. You&rsquo;ll be out in the field filming and producing content from our active construction projects, interviewing team members, and creating authentic, engaging social media posts that drive visibility and generate leads. This role is perfect for a motivated marketing or communications student who wants real-world experience building a brand from the ground up. --- Key Responsibilities Capture photo and video content at active job sites (before/during/after progress updates). Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) highlighting the construction process, design details, and customer success stories. Occasionally appear on camera to explain project updates, design features, or company highlights. Manage and post to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) on a daily or weekly basis. Update and optimize the website copy, SEO tags, and blog content to improve search visibility (Google SEO). Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and local marketing campaigns. Create email marketing templates, case studies, and promotional materials as needed. Monitor campaign results, traffic analytics, and engagement metrics. Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategy and creative ideas. --- Preferred Skills &amp; Experience Strong understanding of social media marketing and content trends. Comfortable shooting and editing video (phone or DSLR). Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools. Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut (preferred). Excellent communication, organization, and creative writing skills. Reliable transportation to visit job sites for content creation.__ What You&rsquo;ll Gain Hands-on experience managing the entire marketing side of a real construction company. Portfolio-building content and references. --- Compensation Hourly or stipend-based depending on experience (to be discussed).
