About the Role</b></h2><div>
PAR Electric, a leader in electrical construction and engineering services, is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our Englewood, CO team. In this role, you will support day-to-day Human Resources operations while partnering closely with leadership, field employees, and corporate HR to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.<br>

What You'll Do:

Employee Relations &amp; Support</b></div><ul><li><div>
Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.</div></li><li><div>
Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, respectful work culture.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</b></div><ul><li><div>
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and supporting hiring managers.</div></li><li><div>
Manage onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</div></li></ul><div><b>
HR Compliance &amp; Documentation</b></div><ul><li><div>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data integrity.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation related to safety, training, certifications, and EEO requirements.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Benefits, Payroll &amp; Leave Support</b></div><ul><li><div>
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and issue resolution.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with payroll to address timekeeping and pay inquiries.</div></li><li><div>
Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, Workers&rsquo; Comp) and coordinate required documentation.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Performance &amp; Talent Support</b></div><ul><li><div>
Support employee development initiatives, training tracking, and workforce planning efforts.</div></li></ul><div><b>
HR Projects &amp; Process Improvement</b></div><ul><li><div>
Contribute to HR system improvements, policy updates, and company-wide HR initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with culture-building programs, recognition events, and internal communications.</div></li></ul>
What You'll Bring:

Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li><div>
2&ndash;4+ years of broad HR experience, preferably within construction, utilities, engineering, or a similar field environment.</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour).</div></li><li><div>
Experience with HRIS systems and strong attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</div></li></ul><div><b>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.</div></li><li><div>
PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification.</div></li><li><div>
Experience supporting multi-site or field-based operations.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with JDE (JD Edwards) is a plus.</div></li></ul>
