Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail Construction and Maintenance, you will be providing exemplary customer service to our internal and external customers.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Key activities include:</div><ul><li>
Play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and smooth operation and maintenance of the company's retail store and gas station facilities.</li><li>
Have responsibilities that encompass a wide range of tasks and duties including comprehensive asset planning, facilities management, issue prioritization and response, team supervision, and budget management for retail stores and gas station operations.</li><li>
Collaboration and reporting with senior management to align with the company objectives.</li><li>
Ensure that the company's retail store and gas station facilities are well-maintained, comply with regulations, and meet operational expectations.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Comprehensive Asset Planning:</li></ul><ul><li>
Develops and manages an annual maintenance and capital budget for the facilities</li><li>
Identifies maintenance and repair priorities, allocates funds, and ensures cost-effective resource utilization</li><li>
Monitors expenses, tracks budget performance, and prepares reports for senior management</li></ul><br>

Facilities Management:</li></ul><ul><li>
Oversees the repair, maintenance, and general upkeep of fueling facilities and convenience stores</li><li>
Implements preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, equipment failure, and operational disruptions</li><li>
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, safety protocols, and environmental regulations</li><li>
Support project management planning, scheduling, and implementation</li><li>
Assists in review, analysis, and onboarding of business partnerships</li><li>
Leads and supports coordination of facilities meetings</li></ul><br>

Issue Prioritization and Response:</li></ul><ul><li>
Oversees contractor work order management system to ensure appropriate dispatch, timely work completion, and system engagement</li><li>
Receives and prioritizes facilities-related issues and requests from store managers and employees</li><li>
Responds promptly and efficiently to urgent and critical issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations</li><li>
Coordinates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to effectively resolve facilities-related problems</li></ul><br>

Team Supervision:</li></ul><ul><li>
Provides leadership and guidance to the Lead Maintenance Technician and other applicable contractors</li><li>
Sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and supports professional development of team members</li><li>
Collaborates with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain qualified maintenance personnel</li></ul><br>

Site Visits and Inspections:</li></ul><ul><li>
Conducts regular site visits and inspections to assess project status, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards</li><li>
Monitors ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality expectations</li></ul><div>

Qualifications</b></div><div>
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.</div><div></div><div><br>
Additional qualifications include:
</div><ul><li>High School Diploma Required
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Technical training in engineering, maintenance, and/or facilities management certification preferred</li><li>
3 &ndash; 5 years of progressive, supervisory experience in the maintenance field</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferred</li><li>

The hiring range for this position is $84,697 to $127,045, plus non-discretionary bonus. The candidate selected will be placed according to his/her skills and qualifications.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
