What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><p><b>
Entrees (Requirements):</b></p><ul><li><div>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in <b>Billing functions</b> within an enterprise business environment.</div></li><li><div>
Solid understanding of <b>accounting principles</b>, including <b>revenue recognition (ASC 606)</b>.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with <b>ERP or accounting systems</b> such as <b>Dynamic 365 F&amp;O, Salesforce, Versapay (customer portals), Sage, or Netsuite</b>.</div></li><li><div>
Strong <b>Excel skills</b> (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and <b>analytical thinking</b>.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent <b>verbal and written communication skills</b>, including professional phone etiquette.</div></li><li><div>
Strong <b>organizational skills</b> and attention to accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Customer-focused attitude with a <b>positive, professional approach</b>.</div></li><li><div>

Invoice Generation &amp; Accuracy</b></p><ul><li><div>
Prepare, review, and process high volumes of invoices (subscription, project-based, usage-based, one-time) accurately and on time.</div></li><li><div>
Verify data from sales orders, service reports, and usage logs for completeness and correctness.</div></li><li><div>
Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription invoicing in alignment with company policies.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Billing Reconciliation &amp; Analysis</b></p><ul><li><div>
Perform regular reconciliations for deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, and AR accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer queries.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze billing data to identify trends, potential issues, and revenue improvement opportunities.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Customer &amp; Internal Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><div>
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) and external customers for billing-related matters.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Sales and Legal teams to interpret contracts and ensure accurate billing setup.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain customer account data within ERP and billing systems.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Process Improvement &amp; System Support</b></p><ul><li><div>
Identify and implement process automation and efficiency enhancements.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in testing and rollout of new billing software or modules.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to documentation and internal controls for billing processes.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Month-End &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li><div>
Support month-end and year-end close activities for billing and revenue.</div></li><li><div>
Generate billing reports, summaries, and ad-hoc analyses as required by management.</div></li></ul><p><b>
