We are looking for a reliable dispatcher to assist in optimizing heating oil and propane distribution, scheduling, and routing service-related activities. In this role, you will be reporting to the dispatch supervisor. In-office preferred. You must live in NY, NJ, PA, or CT for Hybrid eligibility. 
 
Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Take incoming calls, check incoming customer emails, and dispatch to the appropriate technician</li><li>
Assist technicians in the field, including site directions, account information</li><li>
Print tracking reports to verify technicians completed the work order work orders</li><li>
Enter confirmation calls for automated calls and log accounts</li><li>
Create daily reports as needed</li><li>
Post and update customer data: delivery changes, contact information/address updates</li><li>
Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Dispatch Supervisor</li><li>
Shift -Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30</li><li>
Must be available for occasional mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Propane industry or similar dispatch experience</li><li>
Microsoft Office &ndash; Outlook, Word, &amp; Excel</li><li>
Punctuality and dependability</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Proficiencies in verbal and written communications.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Salesforce</li></ul>
