We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Director Data and Analytics. The Senior Director Data and Analytics oversees the development and ongoing maturation of Paradigm’s enterprise business intelligence and analytics infrastructure and assets. The ideal candidate has significant experience in leveraging (1) the Microsoft BI stack of ETL, data warehousing, OLAP, and visualization technologies, (2) CI/CD and project management methodologies, and (3) inter-departmental collaboration to deliver business value at scale. Experience with healthcare business concepts is a plus.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Set and execute the BI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, healthcare regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs across clinical, financial, and operational domains.</li>
<li>Oversee the end to end lifecycle of BI assets (ETL pipelines, data warehouses, semantic models, Power BI reports/dashboards), emphasizing data quality, scalability, performance, and reliability.</li>
<li>Own and mature the CI/CD framework for BI and analytics using Azure DevOps and Git, establishing standards for version control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, rollback procedures, and environment management.</li>
<li>Partner closely with IT, DBAs, and data architecture teams to plan and prioritize ETL development, data modeling, performance tuning, security, and platform enhancements within SQL Server, Azure, and related technologies.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary senior BI liaison to business stakeholders, translating healthcare business requirements into analytics solutions, managing demand intake and prioritization, and ensuring delivered insights drive measurable value.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analytics professionals, setting technical standards, encouraging best practices, and building career paths to sustain a high performing, engaged team.</li>
<li>Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards for reporting and analytics assets, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling, role based access control, and audit requirements.</li>
<li>Define and track success metrics for BI adoption and impact, including data quality KPIs, report usage, performance SLAs, and business outcomes, continuously improving the BI ecosystem.</li>
<li>Evaluate and introduce new BI and analytics capabilities (e.g., Fabric features, Power BI enhancements, self service governance patterns) while balancing innovation with platform stability and supportability.</li>
<li>Responsible for complying with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies, for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related passwords, and for notifying Paradigm of any Information Security incidents per policy SEC 10-12 Information Security Incident Management.</li>
</ul>
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Mentor, train, and supervise team members directly and indirectly, review their work and provide effective constructive feedback to achieve their best performance and goal attainment</li>
<li>Set the tone for a strong Enterprise culture and high employee engagement.</li>
<li>Ensure all team members understand, are trained in, and comply with Paradigm’s security requirements and policies.</li>
<li>Ensure all team members have the minimum level of IT system access required to effectively complete their Paradigm responsibilities.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Education</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field required</li>
<li>Experience – 10+ years of technical experience with:</li>
<li>Microsoft SQL Server and ETL technologies</li>
<li>SQL dimensional modeling and OLAP cubes (preferably SSAS or Power BI semantic models)</li>
<li>Database development software such as Visual Studio SQL Server Data Tools</li>
<li>BI/Analytics/Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik</li>
<li>CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Git</li>
<li>Microsoft applications: Excel, Visio, Word</li>
<li>Analytical programming languages such as R, Python or SAS is a plus</li>
<li>Experience – 10+ years of non-technical experience with:</li>
<li>Foundational business analysis, project management, and software development concepts</li>
<li>Managing a team of BI developers</li>
<li>Collaborating with business, IT, and analytics stakeholders to deliver BI solutions</li>
<li>Navigating complex operational and technical environments</li>
<li>Experience with healthcare clinical and business concepts such as claim reimbursement and care management is a plus</li>

We are seeking a full-time, fully remote Orthotics DME Referral Care Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume referral coordination department focused on DME orthotics and bracing (e.g., knee braces, ankle-foot orthoses/AFOs, wrist/hand braces, cervical collars, lumbar supports/LSOs, thoracic-lumbar-sacral orthoses/TLSOs). In this role, you’ll partner closely with referral sources, injured workers/patients, and orthotics/bracing providers to ensure timely authorization, ordering, status updates, and delivery confirmation—while maintaining accuracy, excellent customer service, and compliance. Candidates must have hands-on experience specific to DME orthotics and bracing and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a production-driven environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Receive DME referrals, communicate status and receipt of DME to referral sources. Ensure written authorization from payor source prior to delivery of equipment. Provide updates to referral sources, provider, and injured worker as well as confirmation of DME delivery. Work closely with referral sources, injured workers and DME providers to ensure appropriate DME is delivered in a specified timeframe. Follow up with injured workers and referral sources in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Provide accurate, timely pricing to the Billing Department to ensure DME billing is accurate. Expand current list of DME providers, mindful to secure best possible pricing for equipment.</li>
<li>Coordinate specific work tasks with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information. Responsive to inquiries within given timeframes and within established policy. Appropriately follow up with supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported complaints, problems, and concerns.</li>
<li>Positively support the mission, values, and vision of Paradigm Corp. through effective communication with internal and external customers, serve as positive role model, demonstrate excellent customer service, and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance initiatives, including providing a work environment free from all illegal and discriminatory behavior and harassment, including sexual harassment.</li>
<li>Duties may include taking call on weekends, for which compensation will be provided.</li>
<li>Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Education/Training: Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.</li>
<li>Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience (e.g., healthcare, DME, insurance, physician practice).</li>
<li>Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Proficient in reading, grammar, and mathematics. Strong computer skills (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, proprietary software for which training will be provided); Accuracy and efficiency required. Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Knowledgeable of medical terminology.</li>
<li>Maintain Confidentiality of all data, including ensuring protection injured workers’ rights, Protected Health Information (PHI), employee, and operations data.</li>
<li>Compliance with all regulatory requirements, current laws and policies which protect workers from harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior. Comply with applicable Quality Assurance initiatives.</li>
<li>Complete requirements for required training, demonstrate acceptable attendance, and appropriate personal appearance.</li>
<li>Cooperate and work well together with all co-workers, ensuring all communication is professional and cordial; Plan, execute and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, utilizing appropriate sound judgment.</li>
<li>Equipment/Machinery Used: Standard office equipment including phones, calculators, copiers, scanners, fax, laptop/PC, copiers, various computer programs, mailing equipment, etc.</li>
