Our mission is to deliver tailored legal advice with the utmost professionalism and integrity.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney to join our team. This is an in-office position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.</li><li>Advise clients on entity structures (LLCs, corporations, partnerships) to meet business and tax-planning objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with FTC regulations for marketing practices, including required disclosures and advertising guidelines; assist with responses to agency inquiries and Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs).</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, purchase agreements, and other transactional documents tailored to client needs.</li><li>Litigation &amp; Dispute Resolution Support:</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, affidavits, and proposed orders, stipulations, and judgments.</li><li>Prepare and draft court orders and other court-ready documents for attorney signature and filing; manage e-filing in state courts.</li><li>Appear at hearings, conferences, and mediations as licensure permits (primarily Utah state courts).</li><li>Manage case calendars, deadlines, disclosures, and discovery; coordinate with opposing counsel and third parties (subpoenas, custodians, experts).</li><li>Support pre-litigation strategy, including demand letters, settlement negotiations, and compliance-driven corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research to provide accurate and strategic advice.</li><li>Stay current on laws and regulations relevant to estate planning, business structures, FTC compliance, and applicable civil procedure/rules of evidence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust, clarity, and professionalism.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active bar membership</li><li>1&ndash;5+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: estate planning, business transactions, regulatory compliance, or civil litigation (courtroom experience a plus).</li><li>Exceptional legal research, analytical, and drafting skills, including court pleadings and proposed orders.</li><li>Familiarity with state court e-filing systems and litigation case management.</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive starting salary of /month.</li><li>Health benefits and 401(k) match.</li><li>Full-time, in-office role with a dynamic, supportive team.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development, courtroom exposure, and career advancement.</li></ul>How to Apply If you&rsquo;re an ambitious and qualified attorney looking to make an impact across estate planning, business structures, FTC compliance, and litigation support, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
