 About The Role

 We&rsquo;re looking for an Off-Page SEO Manager to help our iGaming and performance sites climb the rankings fast. You&rsquo;ll get serious budgets, full freedom to experiment, and access to strategies most agencies will never see. If you love SEO, data, and the thrill of rapid results &mdash; this is the most fun you&rsquo;ll have in SEO.

 This role can be based in Malta (hybrid) or remote within other European countries.
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities

 Build and run off-page strategies that move rankings fast across multiple iGaming domains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hunt for high-value domains, backlinks, and authority opportunities using tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use large budgets to acquire domains, links, and other exciting SEO assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize relationships with top-tier link vendors and publishers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track link velocity, DR/RD growth, and performance through real-time dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with SEO, content, and tech teams to keep authority flowing smoothly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment relentlessly &mdash; we test, learn, and scale faster than anyone else.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor off-page specialists and refine our playbooks as grow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report wins and insights clearly, backed by data and measurable impact.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 3&ndash;5+ years of SEO experience, focused on link-building and authority growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical and analytical understanding of off-page signals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive industries is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curious, experimental, and driven to win fast.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable owning budgets and performance metrics end-to-end.
