This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to digital excellence.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives</li><li>Create high-quality visual content using Canva, google, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and advertisements</li><li>Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely engagement and insights</li><li>Plan and oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI while optimizing ad performance through A/B testing</li><li>Utilize programs for scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and maintaining consistent content delivery across channels</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility on search engines</li><li>Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts, press releases, and community outreach initiatives</li><li>Produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to diversify content offerings and boost engagement</li><li>Maintain relationships with partners, and media outlets to expand brand reach through strategic partnerships</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools</li><li>Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics platforms</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising strategies</li><li>Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with stakeholders across various channels</li></ul>Join us as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator where your innovative ideas will shape our digital footprint!
