Working under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Server will be responsible for fostering a quality dining experience for residents, family members and guests, by providing high quality customer service.
Servers will be responsible for performing the following:
<ul><li>Greet residents and guests at table</li></ul>
<ul><li>Politely take meal orders; provide options and alternatives when appropriate</li></ul>
<ul><li>Accurately enter food and beverage orders into computer system</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve food in a friendly and courteous manner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to adhere to proper serving techniques i.e. serve from the left, clear dishes between courses</li></ul>
<ul><li>Upholding our core values of Authenticity, Honor, Service, and Collaboration</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned that ensure a positive dining experience for all</li></ul>
Job Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have an excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and grow</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to conduct oneself tactfully and professionally at all times</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to work effectively as an individual contributor but also within a team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must possess communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have the ability to work a regular and consistent schedule inclusive of some weekends and holidays</li></ul>
<ul><li>Required to pass a full criminal background check and health screen inclusive of a drug test</li></ul>
<ul><li>Required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willing to engage in the interactive process to determine if a valid exemption due to Qualifying Medical Reasons or Religious Beliefs would not pose a business hardship or jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of the Paradise Valley Estates Community.</li></ul>
