It is designed for a specialist who fully lives the discipline, someone who thinks in flows, anticipates customer segments, and naturally gravitates toward subject line experimentation and performance optimization.We are seeking a dedicated Email Marketing Specialist with deep lifecycle marketing expertise, particularly within eCommerce and DTC environments. You will own the email channel end-to-end for one or more brands, driving revenue, retention, and customer engagement through strategic automation and high-performing campaigns. From concept through execution and analysis, you will be accountable for every send, every metric, and every key performance outcome.If testing send-time variations feels as exciting as creative brainstorming, and deliverability dashboards are as regularly checked as social feeds, this position was built for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own full-funnel email marketing across DTC/eCommerce brands and select client accounts</li><li>Architect, execute, and refine automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, cart recovery, upsell, etc.)</li><li>Build and manage promotional calendars for launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives</li><li>Write high-impact subject lines, preview text, and conversion-focused email copy</li><li>Collaborate with designers to ensure strong visual communication and clear CTAs</li><li>Manage segmentation strategies, list growth, and list hygiene best practices</li><li>Conduct continuous A/B testing across creative, timing, messaging, and frequency</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including OR, CTR, CVR, RPE, and unsubscribe rate</li><li>Maintain industry-leading deliverability practices, including suppression logic, warming, and authentication protocols</li><li>Stay current with platform updates and industry trends across Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and other ESPs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience</li><li>Demonstrated success in DTC or eCommerce lifecycle marketing</li><li>Expert proficiency with Klaviyo or comparable ESPs</li><li>Strong understanding of flow logic, segmentation, and behavioral triggers</li><li>Proven ability to write strategic, compelling copy that converts</li><li>Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities</li><li>Experience managing multiple brands and/or large subscriber lists</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed work style</li><li>Ability to work Monday&ndash;Friday, 9am&ndash;6pm EST</li></ul>Job TypeFull-timeApplication Questions<ul><li>Please provide a link to your portfolio showcasing email creative and campaign results (required for consideration)</li><li>Can you independently write and design email campaigns?</li><li>Are you available full-time during U.S. Eastern hours?</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: From &#8377;886,332.31 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Post a link to your portfolio</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Klaviyo: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Email Flows: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
