Job Description &ndash; Motion Graphics Designer (After Effects)Position: Motion Graphics DesignerLocation: Bhopal/IndoreExperience: 1&ndash;3 yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to create high-quality animations, visual assets, and motion content for digital, social media, corporate films, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into engaging motion visuals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, logo animations, and digital ads.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize concepts.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with creative teams to understand project requirements and transform ideas into motion.</li></ul><ul><li>Animate text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual elements using After Effects.</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate audio, voiceovers, and sound effects into animations.</li></ul><ul><li>Apply animation principles like timing, easing, and transitions to deliver smooth motion.</li></ul><ul><li>Edit and refine videos using Premiere Pro, as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized project files, compositions, and versions.</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver within deadlines while ensuring style, accuracy, and brand consistency.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, plugins, and tools.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (mandatory).</li></ul><ul><li>Working proficiency of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of animation principles and motion design fundamentals.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in creating typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to develop storyboards and conceptual visual flow.</li></ul><ul><li>Good sense of design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
