Highway, Ahmedabad &ndash; 380015Job Type: Full-timeTimings: 10:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented with strong knowledge of interior-related materials to join our team. The candidate will work closely with interior designers and project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement for interior projects and other organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with interior designers and site supervisors to understand project requirements.&middot; Create a stage-wise procurement plan based on site progress.&middot; Source quotations from 4&ndash;5 vendors, evaluate and negotiate to secure the best quality and pricing.&middot; Arrange samples for approvals, finalize materials, and estimate quantities accurately.&middot; Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors, logistics, and site supervisors for timely deliveries.&middot; On receipt of materials, inspect quality, verify delivery challans &amp; invoices, and ensure rates match approvals.&middot; Process invoices for payment with the accounts team.&middot; Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring cost optimization and timely delivery.&middot; Ensure procurement is carried out with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times.Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:&middot; 3&ndash;4 years of procurement experience in the field of INTERIORS.&middot; Strong knowledge of interior materials, such as:&middot; Electrical cables, CAT 6 cables, ply, laminates, hardware, cement sheets, tiles, chemicals, POP, gypsum, paints, polish, PU, modular furniture, wood, glass &amp; aluminum sections, marble, air conditioners (VRV/Non-VRV), IT devices, etc.&middot; Good understanding of vendor management, quotation comparison, and negotiation.&middot; Good coordination and communication skills with designers, vendors, and site teams&middot; Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic documentation.&middot; Strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.Qualities We Value:&middot; Honesty and Integrity (non-negotiable).&middot; Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.&middot; Ability to work independently under deadlines.&middot; Positive attitude and team collaboration.What We Offer:&middot; Opportunity to procure materials for high-value projects.&middot; Exposure to commercial projects, high-end luxury apartments, corporate offices, restaurants, and hotels.&middot; Access to in-depth knowledge of premium interior materials and procurement practices.&middot; Growth and learning opportunities in procurement &amp; vendor management.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
