<p>
As a <b>Retail Sales Associate</b>, you are the face of our retail locations, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to our customers. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue through effective sales strategies, maintaining store standards, and fostering a welcoming environment.</p>

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</b></h2>
<p><b>
Drive Sales and Revenue:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales</li>
<li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets</li>
<li>Stay informed about current <b>promotions sales, and programs</b> and sales to inform customers effectively</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Customer Service:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience</li>
<li>Provide detailed product information and recommendations</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally</li>
<li>Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information when required from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork</li>
<li>Package pre-orders efficiently and accurately for reserve ahead pickups</li>
<li>Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use</li>
<li>Deliver products to customers in the store or via home delivery</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Store Operations:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate POS and any auxiliary sales systems and handle sales transactions accurately</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise</li>
<li>Set up and dismantle promotional displays and visual merchandising</li>
<li>Follow all state regulations pertaining to certified Cannabis retailers</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Compliance and Record-Keeping:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Follow loss prevention guidelines and monitor for suspicious activity</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING</b></h2>

Required</p>
<ul>
<li>Age 21 or over (Industry Requirement)</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (Industry Requirement)</li>
<li>Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Industry Requirement)</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>1 year of experience in retail or a related customer service role</li>
<li>Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling transactions</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly</li>
</ul>
<p><b>NETA(MA) &amp; SURTERRA WELLNESS (FL) MARKET ONLY</b></p>
<p>
Class D Driver's License (Massachusetts) / Class E Driver's License (Florida)</p>
<p>
Must present a current DMV printout with none of the following violations:</p>
<ul>
<li>Any major violations (DWI, homicide, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) within the last 7 years</li>
<li>Two or more other moving violations and one at fault accident in the last three years</li>
<li>Two or more fault accidents in the last three years with no moving violations</li>
<li>No more than 3 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the past</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the Cannabis industry</li>
<li>Familiarity with inventory management systems</li>
<li>Ability to speak another language to assist guests</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></h2>
<ul><li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for prolonged periods during the shift</li>
<li>Ability to assist with lifting stock and materials</li>
<li>Occasionally positions self to retrieve product or material in the store throughout the duration of the shift</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must be able to remain in a seated position inside the vehicle for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to pick up heavy items to load (50 or more lbs.) onto vehicle</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment</li>
<li>Ability to bend in repetitive motion</li>
