<li><div>We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team, specializing in board-level 4G/5G RAN design and hardware development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF hardware design, embedded systems, and ruggedized electronics, with a focus on delivering high-performance, reliable solutions for mission-critical applications in challenging environments.</div></li><br>

Key Responsibilities:</li><li>
Design and Development:</li><li>
Develop design, schematics, oversee PCB layout, and perform board bring-u p for 4G LTE and 5G NR systems operating in sub-6 GHz bands.</li><li>
Design for ruggedized electronics, ensuring compliance with relevant standards for environmental and electromagnetic compatibility.</li><li>
Ensure designs meet stringent requirements for shock, vibration, temperature extremes, and EMI/EMC.</li><br>
<li>
Review and advise on board level simulations and PCB Layout.</li><li><ul><li>RF System Integration:</li></ul></li><li>
Optimize signal integrity, power efficiency, and thermal performance for compact, high-density designs.</li><li>
Testing, Debugging, &amp; Integration:</li><li>
Conduct board-level testing, debugging, rework, and validation using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other lab equipment.</li><li>
Support system-level integration and field testing.</li><li>
Collaboration and Documentation:</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware solutions.</li><li>
Work with external parties for PCB layout and prototype production.</li><li>
Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.</li><li>
Compliance and Standards:</li><li>
Ensure designs comply with 3GPP standards for 4G/5G.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>

Education:</b></div></li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.</li><li><div>

5+ years of experience in board-level design, with a focus on 4G/5G designs.</li><li>
Proven experience designing electronics for ruggedized platforms.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with RF design.</li><li>
Technical Skills:</li><li>
Expertise in high-speed circuits including FPGA, SDRAM, SERDES, Ethernet, and RF circuit design.</li><li>
Knowledge of thermal management and power supply design for rugged environments</li><li>
Knowledge of PCB layout for high-frequency signals.</li><li>
Familiarity with embedded systems and FPGA integration.</li><li>
Knowledge of harsh environmental standards and 3GPP 4G/5G specifications.</li><li>
Experience debugging complex digital and RF circuits.</li><li>
Experience with lab equipment for RF testing and validation (e.g., spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers).</li><li>
Familiarity with Software-Defined Radio (SDR) platforms or Open RAN architectures.</li><li>
Soft Skills:</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>
Experience working with third parties on board layout and prototype production.</li><li>

<div>This position requires a unique person who likes the challenge of facing customers while bridging gaps between needs and solutions / products, you will serve as the technical lead on Parallel Wireless Cellular Solutions. You will be responsible for defining technical requirements and recommending viable solutions to our customers. This position requires individual resourcefulness and ability to adjust when requirements or environments change.</div><div>
As a leading participant in preparation of proposals, technical presentations, demonstrations, and development of our next generation product map, you will help Parallel Wireless develop and deploy exceptional solutions and products.</div><div></div><div><i><br>

Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training</li><li>
Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert for our product offerings and industry trends</li><li>
Occasionally attend trade shows and conferences for technical and sales support</li><li>
