This role combines predictive modeling, funnel and revenue analysis, and rigorous experimentation to identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. The ideal candidate can distinguish signal from noise, interpret complex or nuanced results, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Beyond analysis, this person acts as a thought partner to Product, Marketing, and Finance&mdash;bringing rigor, challenging assumptions, and driving measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:<div> 
<ul><li>
Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand what drives our business</li><li>
Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends</li><li>
Produce recommendations and use statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate your findings</li><li>
Build, deploy and maintain predictive models (e.g. churn, LTV, ARR, etc.) and translate model output into actionable business strategies</li><li>
Define and analyze key stages of the customer funnel (e.g. acquisition, activation, conversion, retention), identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Design and analyze A/B tests, including defining success metrics, guardrails, and power requirements, and ensuring correct interpretation of results</li><li>
Ensure data quality through processing, automation, modeling, and reporting</li><li>
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across modeling, funnel performance, and experimentation</li><li>
Contribute to the growth of knowledge of our team with internal and external documentation or presentations</li></ul></div>
What YOU bring to the team:<div><ul><li>
MS or PhD in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain</li><li>
5+ years of experience in data science or equivalent role</li><li>
Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.</li><li>
Expertise with A/B Testing, and statistical analysis in Python</li><li>
Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)</li><li>
Experience with GA4 data and BigQuery</li><li>
The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way</li></ul></div>
