 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid hands-on experience with
 
 Microsoft Windows Server
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Microsoft System Center family products
 
 (SCCM, SCOM, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in infrastructure and systems administration,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with
 
 Citrix VDI / Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Microsoft SCCM (ConfigMgr)
 
 including installation, administration, software distribution, and update management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft and Linux operating systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Installation and administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and IIS services,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring event logs, system resources, conducting server/application audits, performing health checks, and taking necessary actions,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies
 
 (VMware, Hyper-V),
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic understanding of storage, backup, and data protection technologies
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 General knowledge of
 
 server hardware and configurations
 
 (Disk, Ethernet, HBA, FC, RAID, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 General understanding of
 
 LAN, WAN, 802.1x
 
 concepts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues,
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail in creating documentation and maintaining technical records,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented, responsible, and strong in task follow-up,
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to learning new technologies and committed to continuous self-improvement,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to provide remote support to end-users and assist with day-to-day technical issues

 Willingness to provide support outside regular working hours when necessary (planned maintenance or incident response),
