You will design, develop, and deploy cross-platform apps (iOS &amp; Android) using Flutter, collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers, and ensure that apps are robust, maintainable, and scalable.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.</li><li>Build pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that deliver a consistent experience across iOS and Android devices.</li><li>Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.</li><li>Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.</li><li>Implement state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar) and ensure smooth navigation.</li><li>Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure best coding practices.</li><li>Manage app releases and deployments to App Store, Google Play, and App Gallery; using CI/CD pipelines (example: Codemagic, GitHub Actions).</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter/Dart and mobile development trends.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.</li><li>Partner with Product Owners and Back-end Developers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and services.</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to align development with product roadmaps.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter/Dart.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, animations, and state management techniques.</li><li>Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, and secure data handling.</li><li>Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) and/or other backend services.</li><li>Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment processes for iOS &amp; Android.</li><li>Good grasp of performance optimization and mobile security best practices.</li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses.</li><li>Vibrant international team culture with regular social and learning events.</li><li>Opportunities to work on high-impact, innovative projects across MENA.</li></ul>Industry: Technology, Information and MediaJob Types: Full-timePay: AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,500 per monthJoin Date: 18th October 2025 (Saturday)Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?
