About the Role</b></h1><p>
We are looking for a project Delivery Advisor/Scheduler to join our Advisory Services team. You will contribute to a multi-discipline engineering team as a project scheduler, supporting the development of conceptual planning schedules, baseline design/project schedules, integrated project schedules, and detailed construction schedules.</p><p>
Our team serves a diverse range of clients, including those in water/wastewater, transit, transportation, environmental, and construction management sectors. We take pride in promoting strong client relationships, allowing us to positively improve the communities where we live and work.</p><p>
We offer a flexible hybrid/remote work environment, giving you the option to work from a Parametrix office for collaboration, mentorship, and client engagement, or to work remotely while staying connected with your team and leadership.</p><div><b>
You Will:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Track project details with a focus on project control practices such as cost management and earned value analysis.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Review and analyze project development and construction schedules.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Prepare detailed status reports to inform project delivery plans.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Use software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to manage schedules.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure quality project delivery.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Scheduler:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Senior Scheduler:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Minimum of 9 years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects.</li></ul></div><div><b>
General Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Strong organizational skills, especially in tracking project details and managing schedules.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Experience in cost management and earned value analysis.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Compensation Information:</b> Base salary for this position will depend on the role.</div><div></div><div><br>
Scheduler in the range of $85,000-$100,000+.</div><div></div><div><br>
Senior Scheduler in the range of $110,000-$125,000+.</div><p>
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
