Job SummaryThe Physics Teacher for Grades 8 and 9 is responsible for delivering engaging and effective physics instruction aligned with the curriculum, fostering scientific curiosity, and developing students&rsquo; conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and practical application of physics principles.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver physics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum for Grades 8 and 9</li><li>Explain physics concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods and real-world examples</li><li>Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations while ensuring safety standards</li><li>Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments</li><li>Evaluate and grade students&rsquo; classwork, homework, tests, and projects</li><li>Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents</li><li>Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific reasoning</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment</li><li>Integrate technology and visual aids to enhance learning</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to curriculum planning</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Physics or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred)</li><li>B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification</li><li>Prior experience teaching middle school (Grades 8 &amp; 9) is an advantage</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong subject knowledge in physics fundamentals</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills</li><li>Ability to engage and motivate students</li><li>Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols</li><li>Basic proficiency in educational technology and digital tools</li><li>Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karimnagar, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physics Teaching : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Board: Cambridge IGCSE / Cambridge Lower SecondaryJob PurposeTo deliver the Cambridge Global Perspectives curriculum for Grades 6, 7, and 8 by developing students&rsquo; critical thinking, research, collaboration, communication, and global awareness skills. The teacher supports learners in understanding local, national, and global issues from multiple perspectives and encourages responsible, reflective citizenship.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging Global Perspectives lessons aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary / IGCSE Global Perspectives framework.</li><li>Guide students in exploring global issues such as sustainability, culture, governance, technology, health, and social justice.</li><li>Develop students&rsquo; skills in research, analysis, evaluation, reflection, collaboration, and communication.</li><li>Facilitate inquiry-based learning, discussions, debates, presentations, and project work.</li><li>Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.</li></ul>Assessment &amp; Feedback<ul><li>Design and assess individual and group projects in line with Cambridge assessment objectives.</li><li>Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student progress and skill development.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.</li><li>Prepare students for internal assessments and progression within the Global Perspectives pathway.</li></ul>Curriculum &amp; Planning<ul><li>Collaborate with subject coordinators and colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity across Grades 6&ndash;8.</li><li>Integrate cross-curricular links with subjects such as English, Social Studies, Science, and ICT.</li><li>Incorporate real-world case studies, current events, and global examples into lessons.</li></ul>Student Development<ul><li>Encourage ethical thinking, open-mindedness, and respect for diverse viewpoints.</li><li>Support students in developing confidence in speaking, teamwork, and independent learning.</li><li>Promote global citizenship and responsible use of information and digital resources.</li></ul>Professional Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and Cambridge training when required.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.</li><li>Contribute to school events, exhibitions, and project showcases related to Global Perspectives.</li><li>Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional conduct at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, International Studies, or a related field.</li><li>Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>Experience teaching Global Perspectives, Social Studies, or inquiry-based subjects at middle school level is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karimnagar, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IGCSE teaching: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
