We are seeking a top-tier IT Audit Director to join the Paramount team! This person will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive program of Information Technology (IT) internal auditing throughout the Company. They are primarily responsible for defining the scope of audits to ensure they identify control deficiencies, security weaknesses, opportunities to streamline and improve operations, along with enhance revenue, reduce costs, and promote best in class business practices.  Overview:
 
 
 
 Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team! As a member of the HR Operations team, this Coordinator will help manage key employee lifecycle processes and employee support across our HR Centers of Excellence. This includes Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Data Management and Payroll. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and transform the way we deliver HR Operations support. This position will be fully onsite, in-office 5 days a week. Primary client groups assigned will be our News and Stations population.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide employees with front-line HR support, guidance, and troubleshooting across HR topics. Including HR programs &amp; policies, timesheets and pay, benefits, and onboarding &amp; offboarding, while successfully conveying complex HR information in a clear and understandable manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues across Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams, while ensuring all parties are aligned and updated along the way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop &ldquo;self-service&rdquo; knowledge content for employees to access via MyParamount and ServiceNow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the onboarding process for all incoming employees. Including freelance employes. This includes ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner, logistics are coordinated across TA Ops, HR Data, Tech, and Facilities teams, and employee &amp; manager have a smooth experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end employee offboarding by guiding employee and manager through all necessary tasks and logistics. This includes supporting with logistical questions across Payroll, Benefits, Facilities, and IT, conduct exit interviews as required, and ensure system and Payroll offboarding is transacted in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests. Partner across HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and the HR Data Team to ensure transactions are approved and executed promptly and with accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team&rsquo;s HR operations specialist in preparing annual EEO reports for all CBS Television Stations. This involves collecting required documentation, verifying completion of trainings and job fairs, and assembling initial report drafts for review with the compliance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HRBPs with reporting requests. This includes maintaining organizational charts, headcount files, and census reports for HRBPs, as well as coordinating more complex reporting requests with the appropriate specialist teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR Data team on regular data audits to ensure overall data quality and accuracy for your client group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR Operational projects, aiming to drive HR process efficiency as well as employee experiences with HR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with HRBP teams on client specific projects and tasks, as required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in a customer service, HR or administrative role (internships will be considered).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of topics across HR functional areas. This includes Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, Organizational Development, HR Systems/Operations, HR Compliance, and Payroll.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience with HRMs and/or Customer Service platforms &ndash; SuccessFactors, SalesForce, ServiceNow, a plus.

 Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 65,000.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Overview: 
We are seeking a Video Producer who will be responsible for overseeing the creation and strategy of daily content to help grow our digital footprint across YouTube, Paramount+, and FAST channels. This includes daily monitoring and reviewing of SEO titles, videos, and thumbnail creation for YouTube, as well as the timely delivery of VOD content to Paramount+ and other platforms. A keen understanding of how to read digital analytics, implement tactics to drive channel growth, maximize editing workflows, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Screen soccer content to identify key moments for YouTube videos, focusing on content monetization and channel growth</li><li>
Develop video editors to create polished video content</li><li>
Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for YouTube videos</li><li>
Provide creative direction for thumbnails to drive more viewers to our channels</li><li>
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Maintain a consistent delivery schedule for Paramount+ VOD content</li><li>
Collaborate with league representatives to comply with VOD requirements</li><li>
