 Reporting into the EMEA Senior Director, this role is accountable for the coordination of HR Administration, Master Data Management and Compliance activities across circa 8 multi-language supported countries in EMEA (Poland, Hungary, Germany, France, Spain, Czech, Italy).
 
 
 The position strives to foster a team environment that works together to provide exceptional service in alignment with established service parameters, governance, protocols, and service standards.
 
 
 A key role within the HR Operations Team, leading a team of 8 HR professionals based in EMEA. Looking for a motivated leader to improve colleague experience and data quality through collaboration.
 
 
 This role closely partners with colleagues at all levels across both the HR function (including Payroll, HR Data Management, Reward, People Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and COEs) and the wider business. As such, the role requires a capable communicator who can spot opportunities to create global consistency and who is able to set clear expectations of both colleagues and partners.
 
 
 
 What will you be doing?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Delivery of end-to-end HR activities associated with the employee life cycle to optimum efficiency, payroll cut-offs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements),
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate and plan for peaks in workload using colleague engagement and pro-active monitoring of volume metrics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilise colleague and partner feedback to find opportunities to improve our ways of working,
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously strive to minimise key people dependencies through cross training and robust process definition,
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits, compliance checks, and data cleansing activities are done and agreed remediations are implemented in a service management framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle operational issues and service failures undertaking root cause analysis and remediation as required,
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day line management of team members including but not limited to, onboarding, quarterly annual reviews, career conversations, performance conversations and quality measurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek to enhance Tier 0 self-service content to reduce the volumes of colleague queries and questions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote the correct and consistent usage of HR global policies, processes, and technologies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with HR Specialist Manager and team responsible for Service Management, Change Projects, Training and Development and Subject Matter Expert in Local specialist HR Processes and Technology. Change projects include increase/change in Scope of service and Enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deputise for other members of the HR Operations Leadership team as required.

 </ul>
 
 What are we looking for?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience leading a team within HR Operations/ global business services environment underpinned by a tiered service delivery model.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to cultivate a high-performance culture which is based on a foundation of collaboration and actively seeks to promote employee engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use data to inform priorities and focus on continuous improvement efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possesses a highly developed desire to challenge the status quo with a natural inclination to as &ldquo;why&rdquo;.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in HR Processes, encompassing process mapping, process re-engineering, developing desk top procedures, implementing service level agreements, and establishing suitable controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels of the organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid verbal and written communication skills including the ability to use logic and data to influence decision making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working with an HRIS SaaS Platform to maximise data quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience delivering HR operations across multiple countries is essential

 The Design team is an integral part of the Creative group within Paramount Brand Studio.
 
 
 Design is a part of the entire life cycle of a project from pre-sale, where we use design to establish the premium value of our offerings, to post sale and production where we develop branded content for partners.
 
 
 In this role, your primary function will be to help ideate and create motion graphics and VFX solutions for creative campaigns. Collaboration is at the core of this role as you will be working closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Writers, Producers, Project Managers, Editors, Marketers and Talent counterparts to develop custom creative ranging from branded content, custom IP collabs, white label commercials, influencer and social first storytelling, bespoke animation, VFX and so much more.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a seasoned motion/VFX designer with a strong knowledge of motion design principles, industry best practices, social platforms and new technologies who has a passion for developing innovative and effective solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a dynamic problem solver, a creative storyteller, and a fan of our content.
 
 
 
 The day to day:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be a primary resource for the execution of motion graphics and VFX for our Creative team
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership across motion design and VFX implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek Qualitative excellence in motion design, while ensuring maximum efficiency and meeting various lengths of deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize and deliver multiple deliverables for various projects at once.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to strategically package &amp; present complex executions in an easy-to-understand format
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-determine motion and VFX needs and challenges, and address them proactively, and efficiently with custom and templatized solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the needs and asks of our internal and external clients, and create executions that don&rsquo;t just meet the ask, but uplevel the creative ideas.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years&rsquo; design experience and complete fluency in Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in an agency / marketing setting / team.
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio with clear examples of past work in motion design and VFX
 </li>
 <li>
 An experience-informed knowledge of the video production process, and where motion design fits in, including knowledge of file types, terminology, software, technical specifications of deliverables and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 A basic understanding of 3D (Cinema 4D, Maya etc) is preferred for this position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Client-focused mind-set while balancing IP
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of working within established brands and how to effectively co-brand content to meet network and client standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent critical thinking skills and an ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights
 </li>
 <li>
 A future-forward approach and intimate knowledge of emerging Animation, VFX, and AI solutions. Experience in Runway is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Unique balance of disciplined critical thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-organized, diligent, ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

 Additional Information
 
 
 
 Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 92,500.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
