 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create pixel precise designs that are on brand and are created based on product requirements and partner input/feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research the competitive landscape, create user flows and work towards product designs that take into consideration evolving functionality, technological innovation and their effects on the product and company revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product management, engineering and other cross-functional partners to develop compelling solutions across multiple problem spaces like discovery and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be an advocate for visual and functional consistency while also capitalizing on strategic opportunities to evolve our systems and interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI to both broaden the exploratory space and swift execution and delivery.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of product design experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 A solid UX and visual design sense, with an eye for simple, intuitive interfaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience quickly adapting to fast-moving timelines and variable project requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Work individually and with a deep sense of ownership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively gather consensus from multiple internal partners and be able to change tasks quickly based on shifting priorities and urgent deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience partnering with other designers, product managers, and engineering organizations to deliver cutting edge design across the entire product lifecycle. Been through multiple launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to rapidly concept, ideate and execute multiple concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 An impressive portfolio that illustrates deep knowledge of functionality paired with a modern visual design sensibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity and comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools, to expand how ideas are explored and built.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in an agile context, where they have been a member of a delivery team in a product development environment; working closely with product owners, developers and QA.

 Additional Information
 
 
 
 Hiring Salary Range: $86,000.00 - 120,000.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.

 The Coordinator, Social Marketing Operations supports the Social Marketing team by helping manage day-to-day operational workflows, tracking budgets, and coordinating vendors to ensure the smooth execution of social-first marketing campaigns across Paramount DTC. This role partners closely with Social Campaign Managers, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the development and execution of social content from concept through launch.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of fast-moving projects in a deadline-driven environment. This position plays a key role in supporting social campaign operations, vendor coordination, and workflow optimization, while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones, including frequent partnership with East Coast teams.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support social marketing operations, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and forecasting for social campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Social Campaign Managers to track costs, timelines, and deliverables across assigned social initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with vendor onboarding, contractor engagement, and procurement for social creative and production needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor spend against approved social budgets and assist with intercompany bill-backs as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update key social marketing documentation to ensure accurate visibility into budgets, timelines, and deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, Legal, Licensing, Finance) to support social campaign execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development, implementation, and optimization of social workflow systems and processes, including Airtable tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Licensing and Legal teams to coordinate and process licenses required for social content usage
 </li>
 <li>
 Process travel and expense reports in Concur in compliance with company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general administrative and operational support to the Social team as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for new tools, processes, or efficiencies to improve collaboration and execution across social workflows
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in social, digital, or brand marketing; creative operations; or production at a studio, network, agency, or digital publisher
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with an understanding of how content, timelines, and deliverables vary by platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, systems, and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and Paramount brands
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Additional Qualifications:

 General understanding of social media content production workflows and campaign budgeting
