At Paramount, the more you learn, the more you grow.Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our clients expect. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a dental lab setting&mdash;especially in quality control&mdash;and takes pride in producing consistent, accurate work every day.In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Reviewing dental prescriptions (RX) for crown &amp; bridge, implants, dentures, and occlusal guards, etc.</li><li>Evaluating shade, occlusion, contacts, and anatomical accuracy</li><li>Inspecting both digital designs and final products for quality and precision</li><li>Ensuring all doctor instructions and case requirements are followed</li><li>Maintaining efficient workflow and pacing to support production timelines</li><li>Cementing screws and sleeves into case products</li><li>Prioritizing cases appropriately based on urgency and production flow</li></ul>Skills Required: Prior experience as a dental technician and understanding of dental laboratory quality control is suggested but not required. Knowledge of crown and bridge products is recommended, and knowledge of implants, surgical guides, dentures, and/or occlusal guards is preferred. We will be providing on-the-job training.
