 Overview:
 
 
 
 This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, Post Production &amp; Innovation for Paramount Pictures. This role ensures the Presidents office runs capably by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling information. The assistant acts as a key liaison between the President, internal departments, external vendors, and senior executive team, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize and organize appointments to align with production timelines and executive priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the President.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize post-production review sessions, screenings, and vendor calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in tracking post-production milestones and deliverables for multiple films.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain databases and spreadsheets for budgets, schedules, and vendor information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budget tracking for post-production projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle information related to talent, budgets, and studio strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with editorial, sound, VFX, and finishing teams to ensure smooth communication.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree Preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in entertainment or post-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and insight with post-production workflows.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Additional Information
 
 
 
 Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 - 60,000.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the EVP, Head of Communications and Public Relations. The role requires someone with integrity, a desire to be a right-hand to forge professional partnerships with dynamic executives / teams. Our ideal candidate is upbeat, flexible, poised as well as confident when working with clients, senior leaders and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain calendars, travel arrangements and expenses for communication leadership team
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials and can prioritize and respond appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make appropriate and informed decisions regarding executives' available time
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate high-level meetings and events (including, but not limited to, scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, space plans, catering, etc.) for the West Hollywood and other offices, as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, follow and make recommendations as needed regarding appropriate action, follow up, and due dates
 </li>
 <li>
 Copy, scan, file, and track a variety of business documents and communications while maintaining a high-degree of confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on specialized topics, as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop internal network of EAs, Facilities, and other key contacts
 </li>
 <li>

 </ul>
 Basic Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent training and experience
 </li>

 Technically savvy with 3+ years administrative experience

 Experience working with teams focusing on creative and production
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Gmail, other Google products, and Microsoft Office suite
 
 
 </li>

 Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 105,000.00.
