 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Identify and onboard new clients for contract manufacturing, toll blending, and private labelling
 
 
 &bull; Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers
 
 
 &bull; Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with production and R&amp;D teams to deliver client requirements
 
 
 &bull; Track market trends and meet sales targets
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 10+ years in B2B sales or business development
 
 
 &bull; Experience in lubricants, chemicals, or petroleum preferred
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
