About the Role<ul><li>
We&rsquo;re looking for a high-energy Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on the front lines of sales for our North American markets. 
Your mission: 
Connect with key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives Team. If you're a natural communicator, goal-driven, and love the challenge of outbound sales&mdash;this role is for you.</li></ul> 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest and start conversations building relationships</li><li>
Identify and qualify key decision-makers across our target accounts</li><li>
Make high volumes of outbound calls meeting and exceeding KPIs</li><li>
Leverage sharp communication skills and a consultative approach to book meetings within brief, high-impact phone conversations</li><li>
Secure high-quality meetings for the Account Executives Team by clearly communicating our value proposition</li><li>
Handle objections with confidence and persistence, maintaining professionalism while pushing past initial resistance to secure appointments</li><li>
Navigate complex organizational structures to reach Executive Directors and other senior stakeholders.</li><li>
Exercise determinism and persistence in nurturing relationships over extended Sales cycles, sometimes up to a year of strategic follow-up to ultimately secure meetings with Executive Directors</li><li>
Collaborate with the Head of the Function and the AE Team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the Company's CRM</li><li>
Consistently hit (and celebrate!) monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.</li><li>
Availability for the role that operates on Eastern Time Zone working Hours (GMT minus 5 hours).</li><li>
Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders across the North American market.</li><li>
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and navigating gatekeepers.</li><li>
Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed.</li></ul>

Sales Development Representative-SDR

<div>The Customer Success Manager helps clients get familiar with the application. They hold training sessions to educate the users on how the product can benefit them, to ensure that they are ready and live, and to follow up on the existing clients . 
Job Description: 
We are looking for a data-driven and analytical person who will help our customers achieve the most value from Parent &trade; . You will help the customer realize the initial value of the application and how it can make their daily operations more efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment or a customer success environment. You will work closely with the customer and conduct online training as well as webinars to help them see the value of Parent &trade; . You will be responsible for the customer adoption goals. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage UAE client accounts and take timely action to move them through the platform implementation process.</li><li>
Manage the onboarding process for new customers on the platform by providing them all the tools and information needed for them to launch Parent &trade;.</li><li>
Provide initial and follow-up training to new customers to ensure they achieve the most value from Parent &trade;.</li><li>
Follow up on the existing clients as an account manager to ensure their stickiness to the product.</li><li>
Conduct on-site visits to high-value clients 2&ndash;3 days per week to strengthen relationships, ensure adoption, and support long-term success.</li><li>
Hold webinars to educate the customers on new and existing features.</li><li>
Identify and implement improvements to our process to increase team efficiency and improve the customer experience.</li><li>
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.</li><li>
Act as the customer advocate by providing input to other Parent &trade; teams.
