<div>Richard and Gigi founded <b>Parent&rsquo;s Choice Early Child Development Center</b> in August of 1993 after struggling to find the loving, high-quality care they desired for their own children. They understood firsthand that if you don&rsquo;t feel completely confident and at peace about where your child is each day, it makes every goodbye that much harder.<br>

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate <b>Infant Lead Teacher</b> to join our warm and loving infant care program. As an Infant Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where infants can thrive and reach important milestones. <div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and supports children's exploration and discovery.</li>
<li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.</li>
<li>Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.</li>
<li>Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.</li>
<li>Plan and facilitate stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music and movement, storytelling, and outdoor play, to promote holistic development.</li>
<li>Assess children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records to inform individualized instruction and communicate with parents/guardians.</li>
<li>Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development, milestones, and areas of growth.</li>
<li>Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through open and respectful communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school events.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate procedures.</li>
<li>Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education to continually enhance teaching methods and strategies.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the development of preschool-aged children.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education principles.</li>
<li>A CDA or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and fellow educators.</li>
<li>Creativity and resourcefulness in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to ensure a well-structured and engaging classroom environment.</li>
<li>Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish positive and nurturing relationships with children and their families.</li>
<li>First aid and CPR certifications are required, showcasing your commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment. You must be willing to renew your certifications and keep them current, as needed.</li></ul></div></div><div></div>
