Job Description:<ul><li>
Schedule patient doctor and other appointments</li><li>
Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle</li><li>
Transport patients to/from doctor, other appointments</li><li>
Potentially supervise a part-time driver</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
25+ years of age</li><li>
Ability to lift at least 50lbs. to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet</li><li>
CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification preferred</li><li>
Current driver license, clean driving record</li><li>
High School Diploma</li><li>
Prior drivers experience desired but not required</li><li>
Reliable, organized</li><li>
Great attitude</li><li>
Love to work with geriatric people!</li></ul></div>
