Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy &amp; Leadership</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy aligned to the company&rsquo;s growth goals and market expansion plans.</li><li>
Lead all aspects of brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple geographies.</li><li>
Oversee a <b>$10M+ annual marketing budget </b>with discipline, rigor, and ROI accountability.</li><li>
Mentor and scale a high-performing, 6-member internal marketing organization</li><li>
Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and executive team on market trends, competitive dynamics, and brand opportunities.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Demand Generation &amp; Performance Marketing</b></h3><ul><li>
Own full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, CTV, email, and emerging channels.</li><li>
Ensure campaigns are optimized for efficiency, quality, and revenue impact across diverse business units.</li><li>
Leverage analytics platforms to enhance audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and channel performance management.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Brand Strategy &amp; Creative</b></h3><ul><li>
Strengthen brand architecture and cohesion across all locations while enabling localized flexibility.</li><li>
Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns, advertising, content development, and customer experience initiatives.</li><li>

Customer Insights &amp; Analytics</b></h3><ul><li>
Build a culture of data-driven decision-making using consumer insights, research, and competitive analysis.</li><li>

Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive-level oversight.</li><li>
Proven success leading marketing for a multi-location or multi-brand business, ideally in B2C service, franchise, or consumer-focused industries.</li><li>
Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital channels, customer acquisition strategy, and full-funnel optimization.</li><li>
Experience managing budgets of $10M+ with a clear track record of ROI improvement.</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable leading teams in attribution modeling, forecasting, and data-driven experimentation.</li><li>
Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills; proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.</li><li>
Demonstrated success driving transformation, modernizing marketing capabilities, and implementing scalable processes and systems.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
