The Executive Director worksclosely with the Board of Directors to develop long-term goals, strengthen community partnerships,and ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership &amp; Strategic Vision<ul><li>Provide visionary leadership that advances the organization&rsquo;s mission and strategic</li></ul>goals.<ul><li>Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans and</li></ul>policies.<ul><li>Foster an inclusive, positive, and mission-driven organizational culture.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Program Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring programs and services are effectively managed and</li></ul>mission-focused.<ul><li>Evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance</li></ul>with all regulatory and funding requirements.<ul><li>Manage and develop staff, promoting professional growth, accountability, and teamwork.</li></ul>Financial Management<ul><li>Develop and oversee the annual budget in partnership with the Board and finance</li></ul>committee.<ul><li>Ensure sound financial practices, transparency, and compliance with all grant and funding</li></ul>requirements.<ul><li>Identify opportunities to diversify and strengthen funding streams through grants, donations,</li></ul>sponsorships, and partnerships.Fundraising &amp; Development<ul><li>Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, grant writing, corporate sponsorships,</li></ul>and special events.<ul><li>Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization within the community and</li></ul>to stakeholders.<ul><li>Maintain and grow relationships with donors, community leaders, partner organizations, and</li></ul>government agencies.Governance &amp; Board Relations<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular updates on organizational performance, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Support the Board in governance, recruitment, orientation, and strategic engagement.</li></ul>Community Engagement &amp; Advocacy<ul><li>Represent the organization at public events, community meetings, and media</li></ul>opportunities.<ul><li>Build partnerships that strengthen the organization&rsquo;s impact and visibility.</li></ul><ul><li>Advocate for policies and initiatives aligned with the organization&rsquo;s mission.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or</li></ul>related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred but not required).<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven</li></ul>organization.<ul><li>Proven track record in strategic planning, fundraising, and financial management.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex programs, and engage diverse</li></ul>stakeholders.<ul><li>Passion for the organization&rsquo;s mission and values.</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
