Job Overview (Hiring Now!) We are seeking lawn care laborers and crew leads to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept . This role requires a hands-on approach to landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks to create beautiful finished products throughout Midcoast Maine. No prior experience required for labor/apprentice positions.Duties<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance including mowing and trimming.</li><li>operation of zero turn mowers, trucks, trailers.</li><li>Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks such as, mulching and debris removal.</li><li>Assist with bush and plant pruning to promote healthy growth.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and equipment for various maintenance activities.</li><li>Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair landscaping equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.</li><li>Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after tasks are completed.Skills</li><li>Familiar with proper landscape maintenance techniques and practices.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to maintenance tools and equipment is a plus but not required.</li><li>Experience in lawn care, including mowing, weed whacking, and leaf blowing.</li><li>Ability to effectively use hand tools for various landscape tasks.</li><li>Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.</li><li>Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring the functionality of our grounds.
