Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist with client consultations to determine functional and spatial requirements</li><li>
Support preparation of drawings, renderings, specifications, and contract documents</li><li>
Assist with space planning and interior layout development</li><li>
Perform code research and document compliance</li><li>
Coordinate with architectural and engineering team members</li><li>
Review shop drawings and submittals under supervision</li><li>
Participate in site visits and assist with construction phase services</li><li>
Prepare presentation materials including mood boards and finish selections</li><li>
Maintain organized project documentation and materials libraries</li><li>
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal teams</li><li>
Support quality control processes</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design from accredited university</li><li>
Proficient in the use of computers, computer aided design and other relevant software and hardware tools.</li><li>
Proficiency in Revit &amp; Bluebeam</li><li>
Ability to collaborate with team members inside and outside the office; virtually/in-person.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Produce deliverables for all project phases, including but not limited to concept plans, space plans, schematic design packages, design development packages, and construction documents</li><li>
Participate in construction administration tasks, including but not limited to submittal reviews, RFIs, revisions, and site visits</li><li>
Assist in the development of graphic presentations, 3D renderings, drawings, and other visual materials</li><li>
Contribute to finish selections, design documentation, and specifications</li><li>
Help prepare and present FF&amp;E selections, including furniture, fabrics, and finishes</li><li>
Use hand sketching and digital tools to communicate design ideas and concepts</li><li>
Assist in the development of OPCs</li><li>
Investigate code and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers in a team-oriented environment</li><li>
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, product representatives, and fabricators as directed</li><li>
Support the use of new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance design workflows</li><li>
Gain exposure to a variety of project types, including Civic, Commercial, Faith, Healthcare, K-12, and Higher Education</li><li>
Maintain organized materials libraries and manage vendor presentations for the Interiors team</li><li>
Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university</li><li><div>
0-3 years of related project experience or internship experience at a commercial interior design or architecture firm</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Revit</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, Enscape, hand sketching, and AI techniques</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work in person in the office 5 days a week with hybrid opportunities available with manager discretion</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers/architects</div></li><li><div>
Clear verbal communication abilities and are detail-oriented</div></li><li><div>
Possess a visual communication style and can think and visualize in three-dimensions</div></li><li><div>
Capable of working on multiple projects in multiple phases at the same time</div></li></ul><div><b>
