Progressive Quality Care is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources/Payroll. The purpose of this position is to provide the facility human resource functions including employee recruitment, retention, benefits administration and personnel policies as well as processing bi-weekly payroll.

Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>Maintain an effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis as required.</li>
<li>Reconcile timecards</li>
<li>Keep informed in all local, state and federal requirements related to payroll record keeping and human resources</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, neat, organized employee files in accordance to federal regulations.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison to the employees and administration.</li>
<li>Conduct human services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the corporation in compliance with federal, state, and local governments.</li>
<li>Enforce facility personnel policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain facility/group medical and ancillary insurances.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate OSHA files in accordance to current regulations.</li>
<li>Organize and conduct general orientation</li>
<li>Actively recruit for open positions within the facility</li>
<li>Plan and execute employee engagement programs</li>
<li>Complete PBJ quarterly</li></ul></div>
