Job Title: HR RecruiterDepartment: Human ResourcesJob Type: Full-timeLocation: VatvaReports To: HR ManagerKey Responsibilities&#61623; Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.&#61623; Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define jobrequirements.&#61623; Create and post job descriptions across various job boards and social platforms.&#61623; Utilize recruitment tools, job portals, and networking channels to source qualifiedcandidates.&#61623; Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluatecompetencies and cultural fit.&#61623; Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitmentexperience.&#61623; Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.&#61623; Perform background checks, reference checks, and document verification.&#61623; Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the HR team andleadership.&#61623; Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.&#61623; Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.Required Qualifications&#61623; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.&#61623; Proven experience (1&ndash;3+ years) in HR recruitment.&#61623; Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and ATSusage.&#61623; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&#61623; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.&#61623; Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Salary &ndash; For the month 25000 to 35000Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
