As we grow our presence in the digital marketplace, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and drive online sales.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, JioMart, and company&rsquo;s website.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, packaging, dispatch, and customer service.</li><li>Optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and SEO for online listings.</li><li>Monitor online order processing, returns, and customer feedback.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for sales growth.</li><li>Generate weekly reports on sales performance, returns, and marketplace analytics.</li><li>Liaise with external marketplace account managers for smoother operations.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BMS, BBA).</li><li>1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and back-end dashboards.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and basic reporting.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Knowledge of FMCG/dairy products is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a legacy brand in a growing digital vertical.</li><li>Learning opportunities in e-commerce marketing and operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
