We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cost-efficiency and quality standards of the organization&rsquo;s purchasing processes.<ul><li>Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality.</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation and approvals.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and production teams for purchase planning.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.</li><li>Maintain updated supplier information and purchasing records.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for timely invoice processing and payment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Track market trends, pricing, and availability of goods.</li><li>Assist in cost control and reduction initiatives.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
